Return Policy:
If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We try to make returning a purchase as simple for you as possible.
We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).
Please note that we can make a full refund only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for the shipping, handling, restocking fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise.
To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:
1. You can send an e-mail to to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#). The HolyTrinityStor.com will honor return requests via email or phone within 7 days of the purchase.
2. Upon receipt of your email or after speaking with a customer service representative, you will receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address.
3. Please write the RA # on the package's shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted.
4. Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
5. All returned items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
6. Please send the product you are returning with the enclosed materials and additional items (if any) you received with your order, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
Please note that special orders have no return policy. A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
HolyTrinityStore.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Exchange:
If you are requesting a replacement or exchange for an item, the HolyTrinityStor.com Service Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement item, when possible. The Associate also will provide you with a Return Authorization, which contains Return Instructions and Return Information to create your Shipping Labels. For your convenience we will not charge restocking fee on one time exchange. Please contact us for more information.
Damaged Shipment Policy:
All items are checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center at: 1-(800) 932-9302 within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).
