If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Our office hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 P.M. ET on Friday will be processed starting next Monday.
What do you mean by "free delivery" or "free shipping"?
We provide a free UPS ground shipping for Continental US (excl. AK,HI) if your purchase order exceeds $250 value.
Also we do not charge state sales tax (excluding FL).
Can I figure out shipping charges before I place my credit card information online?
Yes, you can. Proceed to the first checkout page and submit your shipping address. Then select shipping method and click "Apply" button aside. Your shipping cost will be displayed at the top right corner of the order table. The exact shipping charges may vary depend on shipping address, shipping company and type of delivery.
